In this Privacy Policy, 'us' 'we' or 'our' means Greeneon Pty Ltd (ABN 17 651 093 248).


This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, stored, disclosed and shared when you visit or contact us through (the “Site”). We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act.




By providing personal information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us.


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Additionally when you contact us through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, company, address, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Contact Information.”


When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Contact Information.




We use the Contact Information that we collect generally to fulfill any requests for information through the Site. Additionally, we use this Contact Information to:

  • Communicate with you; 

  • Send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;

  • Send you marketing and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you; 

  • Administer events sponsored or managed by us;

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).




We may disclose personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy to:

  • our employees

  • third party suppliers and service providers (including providers for the operation of our websites, call recording system and/or our business)

  • specific third parties authorised by you to receive information held by us, and/or

  • other persons, including government agencies, government departments and statutory bodies in connection with programs administered by those parties (and also to companies engaged by a government agency, department or statutory body to administer a program on behalf of such bodies), and

We also share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use different technology platforms to power our services. We also transmit website traffic data to Google Analytics who provide us with reports on how our web page is accessed. Greeneon uses secure server software (SSL) that is the industry standard and among the best software available. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your name and contact details, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.




Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of, or any content on, those linked websites, and have no control over or rights in those linked websites. The privacy policies that apply to those other websites may differ substantially from our Privacy Policy, so we encourage individuals to read them before using those websites.




We store some of the personal information that we collect in our customer relationship management system. Although we predominantly operate in Australia, if you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
