In this Privacy Policy, 'us' 'we' or 'our' means Greeneon Pty Ltd (ABN 17 651 093 248).

 

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, stored, disclosed and shared when you visit or contact us through greeneon.com.au (the “Site”). We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

SHARING AND DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We also transmit website traffic data to Google Analytics who provide us with reports on how our web page is accessed. Greeneon uses secure server software (SSL) that is the industry standard and among the best software available. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your name and contact details, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of, or any content on, those linked websites, and have no control over or rights in those linked websites. The privacy policies that apply to those other websites may differ substantially from our Privacy Policy, so we encourage individuals to read them before using those websites.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

 

We store some of the personal information that we collect in our customer relationship management system. Although we predominantly operate in Australia, if you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
